is for individuals who wish to submit a story about their Dad.
Fill in the boxes below with the
requested information. The boxes marked with an asterisk are required
information. If you want your name published as the author, simply fill in the
author's name box. The name you use for "Author's Name" may be your
own name or your first name and last initial or a pseudonym (a fake name) or
nothing at all. However, the "First Name" and "Last Name" boxes must be your real
name (only the name in the "Author's Name" box will be published).
We will begin work on publishing
your story as quickly as we can. We will notify you at the e-mail address you
give us below when your story has been published.
