School Classroom Submission

Most Teachers are Dads or Moms so we try to make life a little easier for them when we can.  Therefore, this page allows for the submission of up to five "Great Dad" stories at a time. If there are more, submit another form. If the stories are to be added to a page already published or submitted, please so indicate in the comments section at the bottom of the form (please try to give us as much information as you can to ensure that you get with the right group). If you are submitting more than one page, indicate in the comments section "page one of four", "page two of four", etc. You do not have to submit all of the forms at the same time, just advise us of what to expect in the comments section. After each form is completed, click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page to submit the stories

All Stories submitted for a particular class will appear on the same web-page. Please limit each individual story to approximately 400 words. You will be notified at the e-mail address below when your classroom's stories have been published.

Under Author's Name, please only give us the student's first name and last initial. Also be sure and indicate whether to publish the teacher's name and the school's name. If no teacher's name and no school is published, you will be able to locate your class's stories by a number which will be e-mailed back to you.  The boxes with an asterisk are required information.
