Group Submission

This page allows for the submission of up to five "Great Dad" stories at a time. If there are more, submit another form. If the stories are to be added to a page already published or submitted, please so indicate in the comments section at the bottom of the form (try to give us as much information as you can to ensure you get with the correct group). If you are submitting more than one page, indicate in the comments section "page one of four", "page two of four", etc. You do not have to submit all of the forms at the same time, just advise us of what to expect in the comments section. After each form is completed, click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page to submit the stories.

All Stories submitted for a particular group will appear on the same web-page. Please limit each individual story to up to 400 words. You will be notified at the e-mail address below when your group's stories have been published. The boxes with an asterisk are required information.
