He
Happens to be my Dad
by Jane Phyllis Gill
story 1043
Living in a house
full of women is not an easy task,
Especially for a man,
Who would be a total outcast.
He would have to be patient, gentle and kind,
Most of all strong willed, brave with an opened mind,
To take the challenge of the female type.
A house full of women is not all that charm and grace,
Cause women wear and put on more than one face,
A man would have to feel simply out of place.
It takes a real big heart to fill this part,
One who would stay in it from the start,
It takes a real man with strong and loving hands
To take on all those women's
demands.
One who may feel crazy at times, but never goes mad,
There is such a real great man,
And I feel so blessed and glad,
That he happens to be my Dad.
