My Dad
by Molly R.

Story 1036

My dad...there is so many great things to say about him. he is original and unique. he is different and that is what makes him so great. sometimes i forget how lucky i am to have a father like him. sometimes i think of how i would want a normal plain dad who wasn't weird or eccentric. but then i think of all the fun we have together and i wouldnt trade that for the world. me and my dad used to have so much fun together. but now that i have gotten older and have begin to grow up. it seems as if we have grown apart and its hard to be together now. everytime we try to talk its like we're pulling teeth to get a real conversation. i just dont know what to say anymore. im older, i have my own friends, and my own seperate life it seems, as if i dont know what to say. theres only so much i can say with out saying something that might be followed with a thousand questions. we are different now, things are different now, everything is different now. i wish things could be the same, because i love him so much.
